VI. We are required by the Air Traffic Conference to submit a Monthly On-Hand
Checked and Unchecked Baggage Inventory; therefore, it is necessary for each
station to make a report on the last day of each month of baggage on hand—
either checked or unchecked. (This actually means lost baggage.) When making
this report, give all information available; such as, the description of the
bag, any marks of identification, contents, etc.
VIIo All of you are to be congratulated on the very fine job you did during July,
and I know that you will be interested in the percentage of increase in passen
gers boarded in July over June,
