1, N0VEI4BER TIMETABLES - Due to printing difficulties, the November printed time
table will not be out until the latter part of this week. Your supply will be
forwarded as soon as possible.
2, WILMINGTON. NORTH CAROLINA STATION DESIGNATOR -• A series of events has made it
necessary to discontinue the use of "BHH" as the designator for Wilmington,
Effective November 7, all concerned will use the C.A.A. official designator
IMN for New Hanover County Airport, Wilmington, North Carolina,
3. INT-3DF FARE - This should be corrected to read $24.55 instead of $23.60 as
shown. This effective December 1.
4. GEI\i£RAL SCHEDULE NO. 7 - Word of warning; Be sure to check all connections
carefully before quoting schedules to passengers. Several airlines had last-
minute changes, therefore, ray cover letter on this schedule is about all
wrong now,
5, LOST TICKET - Capital Airlines has advised that Ticket 133-690250 RDU EWN has
been reported lost. Be on the lookout.
6. INCAPACITATED PASSEIMGERS - One type of incapacitated passenger is those who are
under the influence of alcoholic beverages. My reason for calling this to your
attention is to warn you never to use the words "drunk" or "intoxicated" when
talking with or referring to the passenger or when making reports on same.
Always use the term "under the influence of intoxicants or intoxicating beverageSo"
