4. SHIP NO. 468 - "4,000-hr," inspection is being finished up and you should see this
ship along the routes by or before the 15th.
5. OVER-FLOltfN PASSENGERS - One very important item was left out of Traffic MemorandTim
#14 dated October 11. The following should have been included immediately after
the example given;
"LEX will advise t^RI as follows; 'FLIGHT ATTENDANT ADVISED OF PROBABILITY
l6 DATE OVER-FLYING INT AND GSO SIGNED LEX* After l6 has departed Tri-
City and passengers elected to remain aboard, Tri-City should send the
following: ‘ALL STNS FLIGHT 16 DATE INT AND GSO PASSENGERS ADVISED PROB
ABILITY OF OVER-FLYING DESTINATION ELECTED TO STAY ABOARD SIGNED TRI> »
This will only work with the full cooperation of all concerned. We must use our good
judgment and remember—put yourself in the passenger's place.
