could not have received better service from*
all your personnel on the grouxid and in the
air. We especially noted the difference
when compared with the personnel of some of
the other airlines, I shall cb all I can
to speak a good word for your line and if
I can use any influence to insiire its
operation please let me know.

feel better.
OVER-SALES - A number of passengers have
been showing up in CVG with valid tickets
showing continuing space on AAL and DAL and
the carrier concerned knows nothing of the
reservation, nor is there any record of it
in our CVG office. Now, fellows, this looks
like plain cases of not following through„
Remember, after making an automatic reserva
tion to advise CVG so that the carrier con
cerned may be notified that you have sold
a space over their line. Let's watch this
and see that it does not happen out of your
station.
3. SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
UAL has advised
that due to field conditions at Moline, 111,
services have been tenporarily suspended,
but is e^qDected to be resvmied on or about
J\iLy 10, Don't forget that this also
affects the cities of Davenport, Iowa, and
Rock Island, Illinois, UAL has also
advised that effective July 1 their
operations into the Seattle area will be
out of Seattie-Tacoma Airport, Connecting
baggage to Northwest Airlines and Western
Airlines should be checked to destination.
However, connecting baggage to Pan American,
Trans-Canada and VJest Coast Airlines must
be checked at Seattle only, since the
latter lines continue to operate from
Boeing Field at Seattle,
