The Tarboro Teen-Age Club organized as the first Club of this kind in Edgecombe County — to sup ply wholesome recreation for High School boys and girls. This Club was organized in October 1944, and has had an amateur night, a valentine dance, hikes and other activities. It meets once each week at the Hart Mill Recreation Hall. Its activities are under the direction of Rev. Robert McNair and Mrs. Dorothy Zimmerman. It also helps in War Work and Civic Activities. From left to right: Seated; Mrs. Knox D.
