Miss Milligan, accompanied by her mother, was met in Green ville, SoC.by Mayor and Mrs. Wilton H. Cobb and Mr. Cordray, owner of Highlands Jlanor. The slim, 16-year old brunette captured the "Miss Duval County" title in Jacksonville, Fla. The contest was sponsored by the Junior Chamber of Commerce and the contestants wore bathing suits.
