arrived in Highlands Monday after
noon. Miss Milligan, accompanied
by her mother, was met in Green
ville, SoC.by Mayor and Mrs. Wilton
H. Cobb and Mr. Cordray, owner of
Highlands Jlanor.
The slim, 16-year old brunette
captured the "Miss Duval County"
title in Jacksonville, Fla. The
contest was sponsored by the
Junior Chamber of Commerce and the
contestants wore bathing suits.
Miss Milligan won over 35 contes
tants.
