Highlands Community Hospital is
no exception, all such institutions
are run at a considerable loss
annually, unfortunate but true. The
day seems past when public spirited
people can establish trust funds
or make really substantial gifts to
charitable organizations, thus it
is necessary to appeal annually for
help.
On July 1?> thanks to the ef
forts of Mrs. Harold Cooledge, the
Transylvania Music Camp Orchestra
from Brevard will give a concert
starting at eight o^clock at the
school auditorium. They will fea
ture both concert and popular music.
It is hoped that the receipt from
this will take care of the im
mediate needs of the hospital.
