HILLBILLY DAY
A home is the keystone and foun
dation of our American way of life
and takes second place in our hearts
only to our family-from time im-
memorial-man's home has been his
castle.
The locale of that home, be it a
picturesque mansion or a simple
mountain retreat, becomes our domain
and whatever happens in that domain
is of vital concern to each of us.
You have the rare good fortune to
call Highlands your domain and its
steady, well-deserved growth over
the years, is undeniable proof and
a constant reminder that we, who
share this domain, have more than
average reason to be proud of this-
our community.
