POTTS Wedding vows were exchanged Friday evening at eight o*clock by Miss Nora Elizabeth Rogers and John Roy Potts in the Highlands Baptist Church* The bride is the daughter of Mr* and Mrs* Arthur Rogers of Highlands and the bridegroom is the son of Mr* and Mrs* Leonard Potts of Norton* The Rev* J*H.
