MRS. EVELYN HOPPER SUCCUMBS
Services were held Monday, August
28, at 2 p»m, in the Highlands Methodist
Church for Mrs* Evelyn E3.izabeth Cleave-
land Hopper, 55, who passed away at 5s4-5
p*in* Saturday in Angel* s Hospital in
PVanklin following an illness of several
months.
Mrs. Hopper was a native of Highlands
and a lifelong resident here* She was
the daughter of the late William Monroe
and Bessie Reese Cleaveland, and a mem
ber of Highlands Methodist Church where
she served as financial secretary for a

Church are holding a bake sale on Satur
