MOUNT SATULAH MEMORIES BY ELLEN BURTON IWo years ago, upon invitation of friends, I joined a couple of rugged hikers to journey by foot up the stony, volcanic pathway to the top of "Queen of the MDuntains” in the Highlands area, which is Mount Satulah. The "King" naturally is Whiteside Mountain, to which one can drive to the summit, and a short walk on further to the tower.
