The young fellow found in his Bible the words, "It is I, be not afraid"* These words seemed to be appropriate so he said them over and over until he felt sure that he would have no trouble in replying when his name was called. Finally Sunday morn ing arrived and he dressed in his best. Adm 35(f} & 850 SQUARE dance d TALENT SHOW BIG SUCCESS Over 200 people turned out for the Talent Show and Square Dance sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and P, T. A« last Friday night, Doyle Calloway was ifester of Ceremonies for the event. Musical num bers were presented by Mike Crisp, Helen and Jerry Green, Stephen Foster, Clemmie Henry and Jimny Strickland, David Potts, Georgia Norton, Virginia Nix, and Robin Potts, Mike Hedden, Mike Crisp, and Don nie Calloway. The Helen's Barn Junior Square Dance Team presented an exhibition dance coached by Ddyle Calloway, They were accompanied on the stringed instru ments by Xfillard Crisp, Floyd Lamb, El lis Cleaveland, Bill Wilson, and Gary Wilson, The show yielded about $150,00 af ter expenses were taken out.
