Many groups have been busy through out the year making the great variety of items that will be sure to please yous the Highlands-Cashiers Garden Club will have potted plants and ceramics as well as litter bags to %elp keep Merica beautiful. Get into the jerky traffic, or walk and loiter on the sidewalk to chat with some long- lost acquaintance met there by chance. Notice the two women (CON*D ON PAGE Hi) HIGHLANDS SQUARE DANCE FESTIVAL AUGUST lOTH The Annual Square Dance Festival will be held this year in the Highlands School Auditorium on August lOth. The festival, which will begin at 8:30 p.m., is sponsored by the Highlands Chamber of Commerce. Admission is a $2.00 donation. Several out-of-town dance teams have been contacted, but word has not yet been received as to who will defin itely participate.
