Iona Flora Wilson, 71> of Et. 2, died in the Highlands-Cashiers Hospi tal Thursday, August 2U5 after an illness of one year# She was a daughter of the late An drew and Martha Jane Rogers Chastain and was a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church. She was married in 1912 to A. M. Wilson, who survives. Other survivors are seven sons, Al bert and Thomas of Espanola, New Msxico, Curt, Joe, and Walter of Hi^ghlands, Gene of Hendersonville, and Lyman of Naples5 three daughters, ]y&?s. Velma Talley of Mb. Vernon, Washington, M:s. Frank McCall of Highlands, and I4*s. L. C. Nix of Tucker, Ga. (CONTINUED ON PAGE TONTY) HIGHLANDS SCHOOL OPENS TUESDAY Principal W. C. Newton has announced that school will begin Hiesday, Septem ber 5th, for all students. Those school bells will start ringing at 8:15 a.m., the tardy bell at 8:20, and classes for high school will begin at 8:30. The dismissal bell will ring at about 3:20. Tuesday will be used for enroll ment and class assignments. Neirton anticipates an increase in enrollment for both grammar grades and high school* No lunch will be served Tuesday, and students tiill be dismissed around the noon hourj however, Wednesday will be a full school day.
