new Allen organ recently installed at
the church, and will feature three
Td.ndows and murals for many buildings,
including the postoffice in Winter Park

ings. His paintings and sketches con
stitute an accurate barometer of a given

ings and sketches of Joe Testa-Secca and
the graphic artistry of Burton Talbott on The Silver V'Jhistle.

W, Talbott *s compositions in photo
graphy are well-known to most of those in
this area and to view one of his pictures
is a real experience in the art of seeing
into the essence of a subject. If a
photographer could be said to make a line
drawing with a camera, this is what 14*.
Talbott does with the greatest accuracy
and finesse.
LEBRARY TEA
The Hudson library annual tea which
was held at King’s Inn July Ik was one of
the most delightful events of the season.
It was very well-attended and the in
formal but elegant atmosphere was en
hanced by an art exhibit by Chuck Duck of
Sunday, July 2$, liusic will be provided
by the Recorder Quartet from Cullowhee.
Joe Testa-Secca has gained national
recognition as a top-ranking artist and
teacher. He is on the faculty of the
University of Tampa and Instructor of
Painting, Tampa Art Institute.
He has designed and executed
mosaic wall panels, stained glass
Entertainment was provided by soft
music and lovely models floating among
the crowd gowned in the most opulent
fashions of the Ifery Norton Shop. Door
prize, a beautiful silver coffee service,
donated by Mr. Arthur Trock of the High
lands Art Gallery, was won by I&*s. Ralph
Sargent.
