Joe Testa-Secca has gained national recognition as a top-ranking artist and teacher. He is on the faculty of the University of Tampa and Instructor of Painting, Tampa Art Institute. He has designed and executed mosaic wall panels, stained glass Entertainment was provided by soft music and lovely models floating among the crowd gowned in the most opulent fashions of the Ifery Norton Shop. Door prize, a beautiful silver coffee service, donated by Mr. Arthur Trock of the High lands Art Gallery, was won by I&*s.
