TAKE A GIRL U.IE YOU
Hay ley Mils, child star of such
films as "Pollyanna" and "Pretty Polly,"
achieved cinematic womanhood in "The
Family Way," when she played the under
standing bride of an overly nervous -
young groom. Playing Tue-Wed, June 22-
23 at the GALAX THEATRE in Columbia Pic-
t\ires‘ "Take a Girl Like You" she plays
a young school teacher eagerly pursued
by a series of eligible and ineligible
men whose morals do not quite measure up
to her owi romantic ideals. Sparkling,
sexy and sympathetic, I'^lss Mils manages
to preserve her virtnie - Just.
Mss Mils and Oliver Reed are star
red in "Take A Girl Like You," a Hal E.
Chester production in color, co-starring
Noel Harrison as Julian. The romantic
comedy features Sheila Hancock, John Bird
and Aimi MacDonald. Based on a novel by
Kingsley Amis, with screen play by George
Melly,"Take A Girl Like You" was produced
by Hal E. Chester and directed by Jona

AT LAST WE KNOW
COUNTRY
IT'S THE TOl^IN AND
At last we know the why of the paint
ing, hammering, and remodeling of the ol(|
Colonial Shop last summer. It was being
transformed by Pope and Margurite Fuller
into the lovely Town and Country Shop.
The gifts and fine things of the
Town and Country make shopping on Main
Street an* exciting experience. The fine
things range in price from $1.00 to sev
eral hundred dollars. They include many
interesting items from wildflower books
to gifts for a congenial hostess.
The Fullers have been coming to
Highlands for many years. The Town and
Country seems to represent the fulfill
ment of their dream to get away from the
hustle and bustle of Atlanta, and onto
the peaceful Highlands plateau forever.
The highest reward for man's toil
is not what he gets for it but what he
beeones by it. — John Ruskin
