There are only three more weeks be
fore the Hospital Bazaar will be held.
Interest in the affair is ris3Jig and act
ivities are gaining momentiM. Within the
next few days> members of the Hospital
Atixiliary will ask the merchants of High
lands for donations for the "I-ferchant’s
Booth” at the bazaar^ always a popular
feature for the merchants and shoppers*

North Carolina, who is a devoted wife J
and mother of three, Collin ¥ilcox-Home
doesn't seem the type to be playing April
May^ the seductive mistress of Babe Dug-
gars, used car entrepreneur and racing
sponsor in "JUl^P”, the Cannon Group's
colorful new stock-car racing epic.
The versatile actress has been uni
quely able to couple a most successful
show-business career with motherhood.

"THE DRUGSTORE" CHANGES HANDS
Announcement was made yesterday con
cerning the sale of Highlands Rexall Drugs
by longtime owner, Clarence E. Mitchell
to Mr. Jack Alexander. In making the
announcement, »’Doc'' Mitchell, as he is
known by his many friends and customers,
stated that he wo\ild like to thank all
his valued customers for their kind sup
port and patronage through the years.
Mtchell was bom in Anderson,
S.C. and later moved to Westminster, S.C.
wher he was graduated from High School,
An honor student in college, he is a grad
uate of the School of Pharmacy of the Med
ical College of South Carolina and has a
Pharmacy license for South Carolina, Geo-
gia and North Carolina,
Coming to Highlands in August, 19331
"Doc" worked for the late C.J, Anderson,
who was owner of Highlands Dinig Store at
that time, and two years later became Man
