This lovely garden t'Till be for the enjoyment of employees, patients, and visitors. Jfrs. Sarah Ross of Highlands and Palm Beach conceived the idea for the garden. She felt that the unused area beside the Hospital would be an ideal spot since many patients, who are not able to be taken outside, can still enjoy the scenery from their windows. The idea impressed her so much that she asked permission to build the garden at her own expense. I^'lrs. Rosses wish is being carried out with the help of ybcsm Edmond Cluett of the Highlands- Cashiers Garden Club, who is providing ideas and suggestions for the actual construction. The garden will contain evergreens, early and late blooming aniraals, and a variety of summer plants. There will be a flagstone walk leading to a patio with tables and chairs so that mobile patients can enjoy the sunshine as well as the beauty of the garden.
