The Highlands recreation park will
be the scene of the first annual ifeunt-
ain Arts and Crafts Festival today.
Featured will be local artists and
craftsmen of I'fecon and Jackosn County.
The festival will begin at 9s00 a.m. and
will last through the evenirg. It is
hoped that everyone will attend the
festivities.
