Hiden Ramsey, general manager of The Asheville Citizen-Times Cbmpany, who delivered the principal address at the big bond rally in Brevard when the army invaded the county to help Uncle Sam’s treasury department. Seated to the right is Mr. Word. Supt. Bennett Makes a Powerful Speech The photographer caught him right in the middle of a strong appeal to the people of the Selica community to buy War Bonds and to help the county go over the top this month. At the SeUca rally Mr. Bennett delivered the main address. He has attended all of the War Bond rallies in the county and deserves a great deal of praise for this patriotic service.
