Ecusta Kids Parties
When our staff photographers visited the Children’s Christmas
Party in the Cafeteria at Christmas time they saw many interesting
sights. Shown on these pages are several pictures they took.
Approximately 1200 children and their parents attended the sev
eral parties held during the afternoon. Santa Claus was there too to
greet all of the kiddies and to wish them a Merry Christmas for Ecusta.
Everyone enjoyed a special picture which consisted of a program of
short cartoons starring Mickey Mouse, Kiko the Kangaroo and other fa
vorites.
All of the kiddies had a chance to see and talk with Santa and as
they left the cafeteria Santa’s helpers presented each one with a Christ
mas package which contained candy, fruit and nuts.
Several parties were held during the afternoon so that all of the
children of Ecusta’s employees could alttend. The shift busses made
regular trips and brought most of the children and their parents to the
plant and back home again. The customarily large and well decorated
Christmas Tree was in its usual place in front of the fireplace, and
stacked high on each side on tables were the hundreds of presents for
the kiddies.
