Bullock Wins War Bond In A Contest R. C. Bullock, Pulp Mill super intendent, has just been notified by the John W. Bolton company that he had been awarded the second prize in the Southeastern division of the Superintendents’ Associa tion for his article on “The Part a Superintendent Should Play In Developing And Sponsoring a Har monious and Co-Operative Em- ployer-Employee Relation.” The prize is a $100 war bond. The contest was open to paper mill men throughout the country, and Mr. Bullock is to be congratu lated upon winning against such competition.
