ON THE JOB Our "On-the-Job” pictures this month por tray a good cross-section of the jobs here at Ecusta which have as their common aim a steady flow of quality paper to satisfied cus tomers. The six men shown this month have a total of almost 45 years with Ecusta, all of them being members of the Five Year Service Club. Above, Robert and Charles Sherrill (no kin, incidentally) are shown in the midst of a rewinding operation on a 150 horsepower motor. Rewinding motors of this size is a lit tle unusual for our shop, but they do it, and do it well. Bob’s service with Ecusta dates back to June 20, 1939 while Charles came January 27, 1942. Jack Gillespie, left, is in Finishing, Slitter Service, and has been in the department since October 23, 1939, which makes him one of the veteran mem bers of his department. Jack was in service fiom April 20, 1943 until December 4, 1945. Jack is married and you should see some of the attractive clothes his wife makes for her self and their small daughter.
