It is the season when we realize that a raincoat is a necessary item in our wardrobe; a season when we can see young boys running around without hats or coats—and we wonder how they keep from get ting pneumonia. But one thing is certain. The young girls will be going to school decked out in their galoshes, raincoats, and umbrellas.
