BOWLING BITS
Ecusta’s Interdepartmental Bowling League’s
Captains met on Wednesday, March 26th, to make
plans for the annual bowling banquet. The ban
quet will be held sometime in May, the date de
pending upon receipt of trophies; however those
persons eligible to attend the banquet will be noti
fied well in advance.
The most improved bowlers for the season on
each team were selected at this meeting, and are
listed below, also the bowlers on each team who
bowled the highest individual set or game were
verified excluding the three bowlers of the league
who bowled the three highest individual set scores.
In a case where a bowler on a team bowled both
the high set and game scores for his team, he will
be awarded only one prize and the team member
having the next highest score will receive a prize.
Team winners and the league’s top five bowlers
were listed in the March issue of The Echo. The
bowlers posting the three highest individual sets
were Pete Eberle, Pirates 668; Tom Conley, Elec
tric Shop 645; and Waverly Morris, Maintenance
