MACHINE ROOM I 1 Burder Teague and :1 Robert Head Our old buddies from Clinton, Iowa, and Nash ville, Tennessee, should be rolling in any day. It will sure be good to have them back in our old home town. We feel assured that these boys will be very glad to get back home to their families and loved ones. By the way fellows, the Wildlife Resources Commission, with the aid of the Transylvania County Wildlife Club, has stocked several hun dred rainbow and brown trout in open streams of Transylvania County, which any person with a fishing license can fish free of charge. Any one wishing to help improve the fish and game condition in this county, please attend the meet ings of the Transylvania County Wildlife Club. The meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday eve ning of each month. The next monthly meeting will be held on the 10th day of May at the City Hall—time—8 o’clock. Your help will be great ly appreciated. Here is some hot news for you fishermen. Sher- Shown above is 1st Lt. William B. Head. Jr., who is now serving with the 8th Army in Korea. He is a cousin of Robert and Roy Head, and was for merly employed in the Machine Room. Shown above are the children of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Mulenax. Ollie Vaillancourt dropped eight more pounds, but he still weighs the same. William Cagle spent one week on No. 9, still two more to go. "Flash.” L. E. Bagwell is getting married in June. Listin Hughey said that he was really going after the fish on his vacation which started April l6th. Also Arthur Shook and Fred Miller are taking their vacations this week.
