Y. April 2, 1954 Mr. L. F. Dixon, General Manager Paper Division Ecusta Paper Corporation Pisgah Forest, North Carolina My dear Larry: It was with pride that I noticed in the March ECHO that the Paper Division had achieved first place in the 1953 Safety Contest among 52 mills. I know it must give you a great deal of satisfac tion to be associated with men and women who are so safety minded and have worked 430 days or almost 3,000,000 work hours since their last dis ability accident. It is quite evident to me that it is the ambition of the Paper Division to be first in the safety pro gram as well as first in the quality of the products produced. Please extend my congratulations to all of the employees of the division. Sincerely, F. S.
