Basic Qualifications for a candidate are as follous: a ouality point average of 1.00 and a full-time student of the college. Hie office of student body president is the most important and demanding porition a student can hold. It not o?iiy incurs the responsibility of direct ing all student activities, through the student gov'ernment but he must be a representative student of A-B College— the "Joe College" of this campus. His talents must include public relations expert, arbitrator, master of cere monies nnd a hundred other qualifications of tact and diplomacy—that is, if thc- office is properly filled. His rewai-d comes in the knowing that he has per formed his duties to the best of his abilities, which had to be exceptional in the first place. This particular election will bestow the honor of First Student Body President of the NEW Asheville-Biltmore College, Tne decision will be up to you the student??. Ihe program will begin mth the pres- e.ntation of the Kay Court at 3?^0 and the entire program vjill be held outside in front of our castle.
