PARKING APPEALS:
The regular meeting of the
Parking Appeals Committee is
held at Vance Hall at noon

CREATIVE WRITING CON
TEST:
The literature department’s
1987 creative writing contest
includes prizes in fiction,
poetry and playwriting. It
also includes a new category
in "university writing," which
is student journalism, class
room papers, scholarship and
serious non-fiction writing of
any kind. Prizes are $150 for
the winner in each category
and immortalization on a
plaque in the literature de
partment. To enter, submit
two copies of not more than
five poems, not more than 30
pages of fiction or non-fic
tion, or not more than one
play to Dr. Hopes in CH 113.
Deadline is Feb. 12.
