Rockefeller Brothers Fund Fel lowships for Minority Students - fellowships will be awarded to out standing minority undergraduates in the arts and sciences who wish to pursue a graduating degree in edu cation and to teach in the American public elementary and secondary schools. Each spring approximately twenty-five outstanding college jun iors majoring in the arts and sci ences will be selected as Fellows. During the following summer, with the help of fellowship stipends of up to $2500they will engage in aproject or set of activities, lasting about seven weeks, that is related to teaching. National Scholarship Program of the Printing, Publishing and Packing Industry As a means of promoting the progress of science, the printing, publishing and packaging indus tries plan to award several gradu- atefellowshipstostudents who plan to seek employment at the mana gerial or educational level in the graphic communications industry; havedemonstrated ability and spe cial aptitude for advanced educa tion in the sciences and education, and have either been admitted as a graduate student by the institutions they select or will have been admit ted prior to the beginning of their fellowship tenures. Awards will be made to college seniors who ex pect to receive a bacculaureate degree during the academic year, and produce evidencethatthey are accepted as full-time graduate stu dent, or enrolled in graduate school with at least one year of study re maining. Fellowship awards range from $1500 to $3000. National Doctoral Fellowship Program The American Assembly of Colle giate Schools of Business (AACSB), the Graduate Management Admis sion Council (GMAC), major corpo rations, as well as Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for busi ness students, haveteamed up with 101 collegiate schools of business to make it more affordable to re ceive a doctorate in business. Through combined efforts offering 100 doctoral fellowships annually - - each a minimum $12,000 stipend, plus a waiver of all first-year tuition and fees -• to qualifying students choosing to earn a doctorate in business and management. A student's bachelor's- or master's leveltraining does not have to be in business and management to qualify for this fellowship program.
