President Welcomes
Returning Alumni
To College Caitipus
As President of Brevard college,
I certainly welcome to our campus
our former students and their
friends. This is our thirteenth
homecoming. Year by year our
students have returned. But this
time they are seeing a new Bre
vard college. The physical appear
ance of the campus and the build
ings is changing rapidly. We have
been looking forward to these
changes for many years. We hope
that our former students and
friends are just as much thrilled
with these developments as we
are. Along with these changes in
the physical situation, there are
some other changes which are
just as important.
We now have the largest stu
dent body and the largest number
of faculty members in our history.
Our program is more extensive
than ever before. There is a fine
spirit on the campus. Our former
students and friends can serve us
best by sending to us fine, up
standing young men and young
women for our student body. We
certainly hope that we may have
constructive suggestions from our
former students, and that we may
have their cooperation in the build
ing of the new Brevard college.
