Mr. Brown demonstrated the conservative air of the Republican plan for medical care for the aged. Miss Whitmire failed in de stroying all of Mr. Brown’s argument but presented a thorough denunciation of the R e p u b 1 i can administration and foreign policy, which Mr. Brtown did not completely refute.
