The third event, the still- target shotgun at 30 yds., was won by Pete Skarinka, a dark horse to the shotgun event. Pete put 8 pellets in the bulls- eye with this single shot. The last event, the clay pig eon, was won by Randy Bur nett, who hit 9 out of 10. Sec ond place went to Fred Davis and Barry Wheeler with 8 out of 10 each. Coach Mar tin is serving on 7 committees: baseball, districting, football, soccer, eligibility, service and recognition, and is the chair man of the tennis committee. Track Season Opens On 13 th The Brevard College track team open their season here at Brevard on Monday, March 13, when they entertain the Pan thers of High Point College. Coach Thad Talley has his Roadrunners well in shape and ready for this non-conference, practice meet with High Point.
