road much of the time giving
clinics. Last September, she
gave a baskeball workshop in
Jacksonville, Fla., for teachers,
and then she gave a clinic at
goal in the back yard and her
career was started. She was on
the elementary school team and
was then on the high school
team where she was offered a
s^cholarship to Wayland College.
When asked about her opinion
in girls’ basketball, she said
that it was on the upswing
again after a decline of the
60’s. She said that she thought
it would reach new peaks. Miss
Neal teaches for the college
two days a week so that she can
write more. She is thinking of
a new book on mental powers
of individuals.
She really enjoys the people
here. She said they seem to put
forth a lot of effort.
