But he’s already moving on with none other than Paris Hilton. It seems that the controversial actress has taken a liking to herBFF Nicole Richie’s boyfriend’s brother. And it looks like he’s returning the favor. A source told press, “When Paris saw Benji, she only had eyes for him. She walked over and gave him a huge kiss. It was over the top and lots of tongue was involved!” The new couple was spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday holding hands as they shopped together - followed by an outing to Hyde nightclub later in the night. If everything works out, perhaps the Good Charlotte brothers can have a double wedding! We all saw it coming, and now, Mischa Barton has officially been charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana .The charges, which were announced by police on Tuesday, stem from an arrest back in December of2007.As previously reported by Gossip Girls, the former OC star “was arrested for investigation of DUI in West Hollywood onDecember 27th after her vehicle was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and she failed to signal when making a turn.” According to police reports. Barton, 22, was “also charged with driving without a valid license. Her arraignment on the misdemeanor charges is set for Thursday in Beverly Hills Superior Court.” While his older brother was busy entertaining fans in Austraha, former child star Aaron Carter was spending a night behind bars after being caught with more than two ounces of marijuana .According to press reports, “The younger brother of Backstreet Boys singer Nick was pulled over last night for speeding by cops in Kimble County, Texas.” Upon being pulled over. Carter’s vehicle was searched by the troopers, who, soon enough, found the drugs stashed away inside. The 20-year- old former flame of Hilary Duff was being held overnight in jail and is due to be arraigned in front of a judge on Friday (Febmary 22).
