BC security report The most recent security reports for Brevard College have been released as of Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 10:17 a.m., according to Brevard College Campus Security. Students may have noticed that there are lighting enhancements that are being put in on the south side of campus. It is expected that they will be completed in a week or two. Once that is done, the work will start on the north side of campus which will complete the lighting enhancements for all of campus. There were several parties with drinking reported. Students are requested to refrain from this type of activity. Underage drinking is illegal and is against campus regulations. It has been noted that doors are still being propped open, especially in the Villages. Students are reminded that if this continues, fines will be issued. It has been noted that one of the laundry rooms in the North Villages has been vandalized. Students are requested to refrain from this type of activity. It takes the time and effort of maintenance to come and make repairs, and it also costs the college unnecessary funds. Please respect the school’s property.
