After untold hours and untold years of working on the production staff of the newsletter (or more exactly, working ^ the production staff) Lee Nullis has gone on to greener pastures. He left the University in early February for a job in that foe to the village atmospthere, Research Triangle Park. Alas, since as a typist here at UNC, he also managed to find time to be our typist/printer/layout master/delivery boy (among other things). We'll miss his work (since we think he's the one who got Lambda started in the first place way back in the pre-Reagan years) and his laser printer. Lambda is now coming to you live from the basement computer room of the Robert B. House Undergraduate Library, typed by your faithful editor and (new) production staff. Next time we hope it's more than the two of us. (hint, hint...) Perhaps we'll also find a laser printer. Fortunately. Lee is still around, piroviding advice, and helping us with the technical details. (And we thought we'd be able to hand him a list of new subscribers and a few illegible articles , and he'd send us back the finished version forever.) Anyway, words are not enough to say how much Lee's work has impacted upon CGLA and Lambda; these pages and our lives will always be filled with his efforts. For all you mean to us. Thank You.
