The law is due to come into affect next
year. This law was fought full force, by

legal spokesman.

Britain attempts to legalize gay sex
in the Caribbean to stop the decriminal
izing of gay couples. The yearlong battle
between politicians and religious lead
ers has culminated in orders from the

Broward School Board in Broward Co.,
FI., evicted the scout groups from using
public schools for meetings. The scouts
were found in violation of the district's
anti-discrimination policy. The scouts
may seek an injunction on the actions of
the Broward School Board.

A number of openly gay clergy were
elected into the Church's Synod on Nov.
14. The inauguration took place at
Westminster Abbey by the Queen. The
election of the gay priests undermined
the teaching of the Archbishop of Can
terbury in the Anglican Communion that
same-sex relationships were "sinful."
