.. KEAN SPEAKS TO^STUDENT BODY
On Thursday morning, April 25, Drl
Arnold W. G-. Kean spoke before the
faculty and student body of Louls-
burg College. His lecture was on
the Scandanavlan affair and the
ways In which these countries are
meeting the present crisis. Having
lived and traveled In these coun
tries extensively,. Dr, Kean is an
authority on this phase of world
affairs. Until the recent Scan-
danavlan development, he was the
American correspondent of the Sq-
cial-^Demokeaten. the organ of the
Danish Government,
A graduate of Cambridge Univer
sity and of the Harvard School of
Law, which he attended by means of
a commonwealth fellowship fund of
$6,000, Dr. Kean accepted a posi
tion on the law teaching staff of
Cambridge. During a visit in Den
mark, he accepted the position he
held until recently.
Unfortunately, Dr, Kean's coming
was a comparative secret and many
students and faculty missed his
lecture.
'Tflrs. Kean, who acc?orapanied him,
stole the hearts of many of the
students, Her modest, charming,
somewhat shy air completely over
came those with whom she came in
contact.
