be a good place to get
individual attention in order
to build up English and math
skills. He was also attracted to
the financial aid programs
offered. James was attracted to
the college because of its small
classes.
Despite their different
interests and hobbies, all three
brothers share the same career
goal - to become and engineer.
John is interested in residential
architecture while James is
more interested in industrial
architecture. While in high
scliool, James and his brother
Jack worked on a design team
that helped design an 85-86
project house. Brother Jack is
currently enrolled at N.C. State
and is interested in agricultural
engineering.
Louisburg CoHege is lucky
to have students like John and
James. Each brings his own
special talents, interests, and
contributions to the college.
Together they add a certain
amount of fun, and of course,
confusion to student life.

“And of these, may offered
up a little sacreificial bull, in
hopes of pacifying the
instructor, for these were the
ones who had not a prayer. And
when they had finished, they
gathered up their belongings
and went quietly, each one in
his own direction. And each
vowing to himself in his
manner, I shall not pass this
way again. But it is a long road
that has no turning.”

materials out of the library.
“There are also restrictions
on the material copied, and
most of the material I
photocopied was held until I
could go. All of the material
was then inspected by the
authorities, and they wouldn’t
let me take a few ‘sensitive’
things with me. These were
materials by forbidden authors
that they didn’t let out of the
country because they didn’t
want the fascism ideas, which
they are ashamed of,
publisized.”

Problems and .concerns
voiced at the meeting will
recieve the full attention of the
college, though some of these
problems will always be with
us. There are measures that
students can take to minimize
becoming victims of theft. At
all times, no matter how long
you may be out of your rooms,
lock your doors. Don’t leave
wallets and cash laying around
the room, lock the doors
between your suites.
