Louisburg's Homecoming 1998

On January, 17,1998, Louisburg College held
its Homecoming festivities. In competition for the
Lou-U King's and Queen's crowns were represen
tatives from both on and off campus. These repre
sentatives were chosen through nominations from
the student body. The nominees were; Commuter
representatives Ashley Kopp and Jason Eaves; Hill
man Hall representatives Julie Cameron and Matt
Champlin; Merritt Hall representatives Angela
Craddock and Gary Smith; Kenan Hall represen
tatives Shonda Evans and Court Fahed; Wright
HaU representatives Tamika Miles and Dale North,
and Patten HaU representatives Eve Batten and
Ihab Hosny.
The Queen and King were voted on by the
student body. Tamika Miles and Dale North were
crowned Homecoming King and Queen during the
half time of the men's basketball game.
Congratulations to the newly crowned King
and Queen and hats off to the nominees for mak
ing Homecoming '98 a special occasion.
