Challenge '78
The theme of the Black Student Movement this year is not to regard an
outstanding debt over which we had little control as an excuse for sub-par
administration. Rather, we’d like to think of it as the impetus for one of the best
years in the BSM’s history. A choice for us to perform as we ideally should and
to unite for a common cause.
Part of that common cause is a goal of at least 80 BSM members and at least
500 dues-paying members.
Among those who have already made this goal closer to reality are the
following dues-paying BSM members;
Diane Waters
Beattrice Jones
Pam Counts
Sheila Russel
Heidi Kilimanjaro
Roscoe McClain
Toi Carter
Cathy Alston
Pamela Joyner
Spencer Brown
Myra Blue
Pauline McNeil
Gina Clark
Cheryl Darden
Barry Landis
Colette Albritton
David Squires
Varonda Hopkins
Pam Dockery
Doug Minor
Renrick Pope
Crystal Archable
Allen Johnson III
Brenda Push
Carl Johnson
Byron Horton III
Harold Warren
We’ll list other dues-paying members in future issues of BLACK INK. If you
believe in what we’re all about, why not join the list.
