C., under Act of August 24,1912. EDITORIAL MUSING MR. HUBERT C. DIXON Gardner-Webb College is very fortunate in having Mr. Hubert C. Dixon, former dean of the college to rejoin the faculty. Mr. Dixon is the son of Mr. and Mrs. B. P. Dixon of Kings Mountain. He attended the Boiling Springs College from 1931-33 and then entered Wake Forest. He graduated from Wake Forest in 1935 and was made a member of the faculty of Gardner-Webb Col lege. Mr. Dixon served as Dean to the college for several years and then was called into the service in 1944. He was in ; service for 25 months and I earned the rating of lieuten- I ant. He spent most of his time I in the Indian and Atlantic , Ocean.
