New Campus
Parking
Problems
Business manager Charles
Mack has a small headache.
His problem is somewhat sim
ilar to the dilemma of the Ole
Woman in the Shoe. He’s got
so many cars that he doesn’t
know what to do.
The new construction of the
road in front of Nanney Resi
dence Hall is not completed
in time for registration. So,
where can he park all those
extra registered cars? Even
though construction of a new
parking lot in front of Myers
Hall is in its completion sta
ges, it is not adequate enough
to store the surplus from Nan
ney Hall.
Since each car has to have
a registration sticker, maybe
some new ones will be printed
to adorn the surplus parkers
until the construction is com
pleted. The new bumper stick
ers would need to be large and
florescent as an added pre
caution to warn drivers of park
ed cars on the public highway.
The newly constructed road
has a two-fold purpose. The
road is to conform with the
entrance road constructed last
year and to serve as part of
the beautification program of
the campus.
