This year’s orientation theme was ‘Runnin’ Bulldog Fever.’ All weekend freshmen attended events led by their Big Brothers/Sisters or “Disco Dawgs” that endouraged team work, learning about college life and a flashback to the generation of their parents. By Friday afternoon, a little more than 400 freshman had pre-registered. A total num ber of freshmen, as well as total student body was not yet avail able. This year’s incoming class are officially noted as the Centennial class. Seniors that arrived back as the weekend passed will graduate as the Centennial graduating class. Activities during orien tation included teamwork exer cises at the Broyhill Adventure Course, a disco dance in Bost Gym, planned events with their “Disco Dawgs” and many other events.
