Nanney and his family to commemorate the groundbreaking of Nanney Hall. (Above) President Bonner, Frank Nanney, Cheryl Potter and Ranee Henderson, vice president of the board of trustees “break ground” for the new Nanney Hall which will be constructed behind Withrow and Craig. The building will house the Noel Program for the Disabled along with of fices and classrooms.
