CAMPUS ACTIVITIES & INVOLVEMENT CENTER The Campus Activities & Involvement Center is your gateway to entertainment and involvement on campus. As part of the Division of Student Affairs, we are creating opportunities for students to participate actively, grow personally, and explore new ideas and interest through a variety of entertainment and involvement experiences. National Hunger and Homelessness t Awareness Week November 15 - 19, 2004 Center for Leadership Education & Service 1 "There is plenty of food worldwide to feed th( existing human population. In fact, the world produces 10% more food today than is needed to feed everyone. The United States is one of the richest, most advanced nations in the world and could easily end (domestic) hunger and homelessness if we prioritized I it as a society. Experts estimate that if we fully funded I federal assistance programs, we could end domesft hunger in five years" (National Student Campaign Against Hunger and Homelessness). Join the Centerfoi Leadership Education and Service (CLES) for a week's worth of programming reflecting on the interrelated crises of poverty, hunger and homelessness facing our world today.
