march 14,1985 LANCE PAGE 7 Search For Nazi Continues BY SUZANNE MUMMA The search for Dr. Josef Mengele, the Nazi fugitive known as the “Angel of Death,” contiues after senior Paraguayan officials agrred with a Nazi tracking team to help step up the process. Mengele became a Paraguayan citizen in 1959, but his citizenship was revoked 20 years later when pressure built up for his capture. Mengele was the former Auschwitz concentration camp physician who personally selected 4,000,000 prisoners to die in gas chambers. Classified Ad COLLEGE REP WANTED TO work at this campus.
