SPORTS: Welcome to the sports section of The Lance! Before you begin reading the highlights and other various athletic propaganda in this issue I'd like to explain a change I've made. From now on you will find news about the Swimming Club and the Rugby Club in the sports section (they are sports, after all). Now I'd like to make a plea for your help. I love sports but I can't cover them all by myself. If you have an idea for a sports story or would like to cover particular events, please contact me. As you will notice, the sports cover age in this issue is painfully brief and any assistance to be found for future issues is most welcome. If you are interested please leave word in The Lance office. Also, this is all new to me so any suggestions you have on how to make the sports section more interesting are welcome. Let the games begin!
