There are seventeen supervisors of county schools in North Carolina that are graduates of Elizabeth City State Teachers College. Miss Undine Harrison, ’51, was married to Mr. Melvin Cordon on June 3, 1951, in the New Chapel Bap tist Church in Plymouth, N. C. Mr. Cordon is a graduate of A. and T. College of Greensboro and is a tea cher in the W. C. Chance High School. Parmele, N. C. A new “Miss Tillie” (school bus), has been purchased. The addition features a two-tone body, solid leat her reclining seats, heater (latest type), artd radio. A Wurlitzer organ has been pur chased for the auditorium. Two-hundred and fifty tablet arm chairs will reijlace some of the out moded desks in Moore Ilall. Asphalt tile linoleum will soon grace the second floor halls of the ad- minstration building. Painters will feature pastel colors when Bias Hall is painted this sum- ATHLETIC SEASON TICKETS GO ON SALE FOR ALUMNI A real treat is in store for the pur chasers of the season tickets that are being offered here for the first time. The tickets that may be purchased for $10.00 will permit the holder to attend the football, basketball, and baseball games for the 1951-52 sea son.
